CCC Spin Class (Cyclone) is back for winter 2025/2026 at David Lloyd gym. Class starts at 20:15, but please be there from 20:00 to ensure your ready and to start on time. you MUST wear CCC kit, so David Lloyd know that your there for this class and let you in. Cost is £25 per session split over the number of members there for that week. It is on a first come first served basis, there are 25 places each week for members so the cost can be as little as £1 per session.
